Why is my order marked ‘Cancelled’?

Common reasons an order is cancelled

An order will show as Cancelled if:

• The payment was not completed

• The payment failed or was declined by the bank

• No successful payment was received within 10 minutes

In these cases, no money is taken, and the order is automatically cancelled.

What should I do next?

• You can safely try placing the order again

• Make sure your payment details are correct

• If you’re unsure whether payment was taken, check your bank statement
