• The draw date and time are clearly shown on the competition page

• We demonstrate the random number generator before selecting a winner

• We read and respond to live comments to show the draw is happening in real time

• The winning ticket number is selected live and announced immediately

If the competition uses an Automated Draw

• The winner is selected automatically using a random number generator

• Automated draws take place at the stated draw time shown on the competition page

• The draw is processed fairly and securely by our system

• Winners are notified shortly after the draw via their account and email
