Prize Description

Creality Halot Mage Pro

Incredibly fast due to high-speed algorithms

The Halot Mage Pro achieves an outstanding speed of up to 170 mm/h and is 3 to 5 times faster than any competitor. However, the quality of its prints does not suffer at all from such speed, quite the opposite!

Because: The resin printer uses intelligent high-speed algorithms. A motor control algorithm allows the motor speed to be increased to 100 mm/s. A support-adding algorithm from Halot-Box is used to ensure that even at very high speeds the model is firmly anchored.

Top quality is thus given!

“Dynax” motion system for more smoothness

Thanks to the agile “Dynax” movement system, the build plate of the Halot Mage Pro can be raised and lowered again in just 1.2 seconds. Right after that, it can go to the next layer.

Smoothness and stability are ensured by:

  • Two linear rails provide stable z-axis, which can cause less wobble,
  • A strong closed-loop motor has a fixed high torque of 1300 Nm, which can prevent vibration at low speeds as well as step loss at high speeds.

10.3 inch 8K LCD display for more professionalism

Halot Mage Pro uses an 8K (7680 x 4320 pixels) monochrome LCD display with an XY resolution of 29.7 μm. Compared to a normal 4K display and its 50 μm, the 8K surfaces are much finer!

The large build volume of 228 x 128 x 230 mm allows you more free space and enables you to realise larger projects.

Integral Light Source 3.0

Thanks to the Integral Light Source 3.0, Halot Mage Pro achieves 90%+ light uniformity and superior quality regardless of where the print object is placed on the build plate. With 8000 μw/cm² light intensity, a layer of standard 405 nm resin can cure after just one second. This produces smooth surfaces and sharp contours.

Support structures as if by magic

With the Halot Mage Pro you can easily print objects with 0.1 mm support structures. This allows you to print larger models as well as multiple models simultaneously in a single pass.

Powerful processor and self-developed Halot OS

Halot Mage Pro uses the self-developed Halot operating system. This has a clean user interface and synchronises data and commands via PC, phone, and Creality Cloud.

The powerful processor enables high-speed printing.

Smart Connectivity

Thanks to Creality’s smart connectivity capabilities, you can print from anywhere and monitor your print progress at any time:

  • Cloud printing: control or monitor remotely via the Creality Cloud App or Web,
  • LAN printing: control from a PC that has Halot Box installed via a LAN connection,
  • Print from USB drive: import printable files from a USB drive,
  • USB camera (optional): connect any USB camera for remote monitoring,

Automatic resin pump for a straightforward feeding system

Halot Mage Pro is equipped with a smart resin pump for automatic resin filling and removal. The pump can refill or recover 1 litre of resin in the course of half an hour. Because of the pump, there is much less splatter, staining and general mess. The best thing about the resin pump is that its supply hose can be plugged into any container!

Efficient air purifier with activated carbon filter

The built-in air purifier with a replaceable activated carbon filter is operated and controlled directly from the printer. The activated carbon filter is up to 5.8 times larger than other filters and thus absorbs resin odours only more efficiently. It is recommended that the activated carbon filter be replaced every three months.

“MageArch” hinged lid

The Halot Mage Pro has been refined with an incredibly practical and stylish new feature. The elegant “MageArch” flip lid can be easily opened and closed with one hand up. When open, the flip lid only makes the printer 25% taller, so it doesn’t necessarily take up much more height. The lid is coloured orange, so 99.89% of UV light from the environment is blocked.
